Dr. Joseph Gathe Jr.: Support bill to implement recommendations on AIDS

Twenty years ago, more than 100 health ministers gathered in London and Stockholm to address the growing AIDS epidemic and to build solidarity around a destructive disease that had been largely ignored by the government and media.
What emerged from that gathering was World AIDS Day.
